ESCWA is one of the partners in this conference and is giving a presentation on the Regional Climate Impacts on Water and Agriculture. This has implications for water availability and water needed for crops, livestock and livelihoods. It also presents challenges for water security in water scarce countries. The presentation also highlights that investments in adaptation and access to finance are needed for water and agriculture projects under a changing climate .
