Mr. Ziad Khayat, First Economic Officer (Water Resources Section, Sustainable Development Policies Division) and Ms. Marlene Tomaszkiewicz, Regional Advisor for GIS for Climate Change Analysis, presented at the Oman Energy and Water Conference, held 23 April 2013 in Muscat.  Invited on behalf on the Oman Water Society, Mr. Khayat presented “Considering a Nexus Approach to the Water Related SDGs in the Arab Region” and Ms. Tomaszkiewicz gave an address on RICCAR, focusing on the integrated vulnerability assessments, with a focus on Oman.
