This technical report is available in Arabic only and provides a comprehensive description and analysis of climate change trends in the Arab region. The first part addresses observed changes in temperature and precipitation in detail, based on large ranges of historical data from 22 weather stations across the Arab region. Based on RICCAR regional climate modelling and hydrological modelling projections, the second part of the report presents a thorough analysis of potential changes in temperature, precipitation and surface runoff for different time periods and emissions scenarios, and across the different geographical areas characterizing the region.
